\n\nApplicants must be a unit of government or a nonprofit organization with an IRS Section 501(c) tax-exempt designation and cannot be delinquent on any obligation to the City. The City prefers applicants that have been in operation for a minimum of three years but will consider applications from organizations with less than three years of operation. Funding requests may not exceed $55,000. Actual funding awards may be less than the requested amount based upon the availability of funding. Preference will be given to nonprofit entities not already receiving COVID-19 support via the City's CDBG-CV funding.
