VISIT PLAN SANDY SPRINGS

Zoning and construction permitting can sometimes be confusing or difficult to navigate, especially as requirements and codes vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The City has been working for the past year to launch a new web tool to help answer some of our most commonly asked questions related to opening a business or undergoing site or construction work on a property.

Plan Sandy Springs is an online Permit Discovery tool for any homeowner, businessowner, or developer.  It is a guided experience to help you discover:

  1. Where in the City a project is allowed
  2. Which permits you need to apply for
  3. An estimate of associated fees

Plan Sandy Springs is not a permit application. It is an informational tool.
