The City owns several facilities to serve residents' needs. Some of the spaces are available to rent and more details are found on this page. 

Sandy Springs City Hall

City Hall is located at City Springs, with entrances located on both Galambos Way and Johnson Ferry Road. The following offices are found at this location:

Parking

Parking for City Hall is available in the City Springs parking garage and on nearby streets. The first two hours are free in both locations. However, on-street parkers must register immediately upon parking, regardless of how long they plan to stay.

The City of Sandy Springs does validate garage parking for official business taking place in City Hall. Validation requests can be made at the City Hall Security Desk. 

Community Spaces 

Booths in the City Hall lobby offer the perfect spot for community-members to hold impromptu meetings. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center 

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center is the anchor tenant of City Springs. It offers a main theatre, Byers Theatre, a more intimate Studio Theatre and complementary lobby spaces.  

Conference Center & Rentals 

The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center (PAC) offers a variety of rental spaces suitable for everything from small meetings to large conferences and events. In addition to its indoor venues, the City Green provides an excellent option for outdoor gatherings.

PAC also manages the Heritage Building and the Entertainment Lawn. The Entertainment Lawn is available for event rentals, while the Heritage Building is reserved exclusively for meetings hosted by not-for-profit organizations.

Sandy Springs Police Headquarters and Municipal Court Complex

Sandy Springs Police Department is headquartered the facility located at 620 Morgan Falls Rd.  The facility also houses the Municipal Court, Sandy Springs Intelligence Operations Center (SCIOC), open-air atrium, community room, and more. 

The Sandy Springs Police Department lobby is open 24/7, and office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. For more information on those facilities and to schedule a facility tour, visit SandySpringsGaPolice.org

Recreation Facilities

The City of Sandy Springs is home to more than 15 parks and recreation facilities, many of which are wonderful spaces for events. 

Rentals 

The Sandy Springs Parks and Recreation Department manages recreation facility rentals, including: 

  • Hammond Park - pavilions, activity building, and turf field
  • Lost Corner Preserve - the cottage
  • Morgan Falls Overlook Park - pavilion
  • Ridgeview Park - pavilion

Fire Stations

The CIty of Sandy Springs has five fire stations located throughout the City. Visit the Fire Stations page to learn more about the individual station locations.

Fleet Center 

The Fleet Center consists of a pre-engineered metal building that includes office space and vehicle service bays. The site also includes a fueling station, parking, an outdoor picnic area and an above-ground stormwater management facility and utility infrastructure.
