Projects involving retrofit replacement of eight or more fire alarm devices require review by the Fire Marshal’s Office before application submission.

Required Inspections
All Electrical Permits require City inspections.
- Rough Inspection: Conducted while the electrical work remains visible and before electrical systems are covered by drywall.
- Final Inspection: Conducted after the project has been completed.
