Pre-Parade Party

Before the Parade steps off, join us at the Pre-Parade Party from 6 - 8 p.m. The party is packed with activities for everyone – whether you're marching in the parade or cheering from the sidelines. To attend the party, park at Event Parking (7840 Roswell Road), then take the shuttle. 

What to Expect 

🎧 Live DJ - Dance, groove, and get in the parade spirit! Live DJs spin an upbeat mix of music, lead hula-hoop contests, and more. 

🎈 Balloon Artist - Watch the magic unfold as a talented balloon artist creates balloon animals, swords, and other fun shapes! Perfect for kids and adults alike, these balloon creations are a fun keepsake from the evening. 

🧼 Bubble Station - Step into a world of bubbles! Kids can create giant, sparkling bubbles using all kinds of bubble-making gadgets and tools. Play with bubbles of all shapes and sizes for a unique, hands-on experience! 

🌭 Food Trucks - Savor delicious bites from a variety of food trucks. Trucks to be announced! 

The fun continues until the parade lines up at 7:45 p.m. Don't miss out on this exciting prelude to the Sandy Springs Lantern Parade! 

Know Before You Go 

Shuttle service begins at 6:00 p.m. - Shuttles run continuously throughout the event, so you can ride back to Event Parking (7840 Roswell Rd) at your convenience. The Party ends at 8:00 p.m., but shuttles run to/from the Pre-Parade Party location until 10:00 p.m.

No Cars - For everyone's safety, Cars / Rideshare are not allowed to drive to the Pre-Parade Party. Please park at Event Parking (7840 Roswell Road), then take the shuttle to the Pre-Parade Party. 

Portable Restrooms are available at the Pre-Parade Party.
