City Green Live and Concerts by the Springs Return with Exciting Lineup

This summer, the City of Sandy Springs will come alive with the sound of music as it presents two highly anticipated concert series: City Green Live and Concerts by the Springs. These free, family-friendly events will take place at two distinctive venues within the City Springs District, showcasing an exciting and diverse lineup of live performances that bring a variety of musical genres to the heart of the community. 

City Green Live will spotlight high-energy, nationally touring artists performing on the City Green stage, creating a vibrant outdoor concert experience. From rock to pop favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Pop-up bars will also be available throughout the venue offering refreshments for purchase. Residents and visitors alike are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, friends, and family for an evening of great music under the open sky.  

With performances scheduled on select Fridays, this series promises memorable nights filled with music, and summer fun. The schedule includes: 

  • Friday, May 22 - Sister Hazel 

  • Friday, June 12 - Starship featuring Mickey Thomas 

  • Friday, July 17 - Boyce Avenue 

  • Friday, August 21 - Patrick Droney 

Meanwhile, Concerts by the Springs welcomes music lovers to the picturesque Heritage Amphitheatre for unforgettable Sunday afternoon performances. Set against the scenic lawn backdrop, this series features an eclectic mix of artists. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic, settle in, and soak up the music in a relaxed, open-air setting, the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with neighbors, and dance the day away with family and friends.

  • Sunday, June 7 - Canyonland featuring Michelle Malone 

  • Sunday, July 12 - Radio 80's Band 

  • Sunday, August 2 - Cat Ridgeway & The Tourists 

  • Sunday, September 6 - R&B, Inc
