CITY OF SANDY SPRINGS PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY AND HOLDER CONSTRUCTION GROUP SETTLE CITY SPRINGS CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS

At the close of the construction of the City of Sandy Springs $239 million City Springs project, a dispute arose between Holder Construction Group and the City of Sandy Springs Public Facilities Authority regarding payments due under the Contract. The dispute and related construction questions have been resolved or a solution determined.  Both parties have agreed to dismiss all claims, the Authority shall pay $1,800,000 to Holder and this will conclude the contract between the parties.  The Authority’s civil action against the Rosser architectural firm is awaiting a decision from Fulton County Superior Court.
