City Springs Parking Garage Preventive Maintenance — Fall 2025

Work is underway to conduct routine preventive maintenance on the City Springs parking garage. Scheduled to be completed by early December, crews will work Mondays through Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. During this time, the availability of underground parking spaces will vary.

The west entrance to the underground parking deck (6300 Blue Stone Rd.) is scheduled to close beginning the week of September 22 and will be closed during construction hours (Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.). Visitors will be able to access the underground parking deck via the east entrance (230 Mount Vernon Hwy NE). The closure is expected to last 2–3 weeks.
