Skate City Springs Returns to Sandy Springs City Green for the Third Season

Skate City Springs returns this winter, bringing a real ice skating rink to the City Green off Galambos Way in the heart of Sandy Springs. The event will transform the space into a festive winter wonderland from November 14, 2025, through January 19, 2026. 

Back for its third year, Skate City Springs is set to build on the success of past seasons with even more excitement. New this year, guests can enjoy glow skating every Thursday and Friday night at dark. Additionally, special themed parties -- such as Ugly Sweater Holiday on Ice, Team Jersey, K-Vibe, and Saturday Ice Fever -- will delight guests on Saturdays from 9-11 p.m.  DJ will play a live set, mixing festive tunes for skaters and onlookers alike to dress up and get down on the ice. Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the first time or refining your skills, this premium outdoor real-ice rink offers fun for skaters of all levels. 

What to Expect at Skate City Springs: 

• Open-air ice rink with holiday decor and music  

• One-hour skate sessions for all ages and skill levels with exception of the themed skate parties, which are two-hours  

• Group rates available for parties of 10 or more 

• Free Skate Helpers to provide balance and support 

• Premium hot cocoa and snacks for purchase from the concession stand  

• Special souvenirs at the merchandise tent 

Tickets go on sale November 3 at noon and are priced at $18 for adults and $15 for children (ages 2–9). All tickets include skate rentals. To ensure availability, advanced reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at citysprings.com/skate.
