Build Sandy Springs is the permit management website for the City of Sandy Springs. Registration is required to utilize the website.  The public can also use Build Sandy Springs to search projects by permit type, date, address, permit number or project name.

EasyBuild Permitting

The EasyBuild Permit Program is designed to simplify and accelerate the approval process for smaller accessory structures and simple decks. Appointments are available twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and offer 90-minute consultations slots with our staff. To schedule an appointment, please visit Schedule an appointment.

Contact Registration

The Contact Registration process is primarily designed for contractors and trade professionals involved in construction projects. This system streamlines the permitting process by allowing the City to verify professional and business licenses annually.

Build Seminars 

Build Seminars are a series of educational seminars presented by the City's Community Development department. Visit this page to register for upcoming seminars and view presentation files from past seminars.

Multifamily Rental Housing (MRH)

Please visit this section to learn more about the Multifamily Rental Housing (MRH) program.  This program is jointly administered by Building Division and Code Enforcement. For questions or assistance, Schedule an appointment with City staff.
